Four updates:

1. Tammy has joined on; hopefully one or two more friends will join her as well from UW. Welcome Tammy!
2. Research statements now have a “HowTo”… hopefully, it is clear(ish).
3. Research statements are now grabbed into the site dynamically–whenever one is requested, it is grabbed at the time the page is requested, as opposed to the approach I was using, which involved me forcing a re-rendering of the Participants page.
4. Added a link for “Participants” in the navbar that jumps directly to the Partipants page.
